One of my employees opened an email that had a virus in the attachment. The email was from a familiar email address and the subject line indicated that the email was extremely urgent, so she didn’t think twice about the contents. Once she opened it, the virus locked her out of her work account and immediately sent the email to everyone in her contact list.
